Case Study – Key Relationship Coaching

The client: A national house building company with regional offices throughout England and Scotland.

The brief: “we have had a great deal of change in the last year and the regional directors are not working as well with their senior managers as we would like them to. Please get them together around the real issues in the business.”

The D’Arcy response: D’Arcy coaches embarked upon intensive one-to-one coaching with both Directors and their Senior Managers. Each group had four individual sessions, working on issues and agendas of their choosing. The next stage was to get both parties in the same room with the coach and, using coaching and conciliation skills, to explore issues which had been identified as being either contentious or limiting in their relationship. This proved to be both bonding and stimulating for the individuals, whilst improving business efficiency.
