Phillip Anthony Cooke is managing director of D’Arcy Inspired Ltd. After a short service commission in the Royal Air Force he rejoined the business world and a career in marketing communications, before moving into personal and team development. Phillip has worked extensively in the house building and construction sectors, as well as leading projects throughout the UK, in the USA and across East Europe for a diversified range of clients, including Orange, Birds Eye Foods, Whitbread/Heineken/Stella Artois, London Transport, Dow Chemicals Europe, Dom Developments (Warsaw), Novo Nordisk (East Europe) and Nissan. Phillip is an inspirational speaker and facilitator. As well as being an accredited practitioner in the Inspired Leadership (TM) programme for senior personnel, he is a qualified Executive Coach. He is also an accredited practitioner for the Human Synergistic’s  Leadership WorkStyles 360 profile, the HBDI thinking preferences profile and the TMSDI work preferences model. He works widely with senior personnel in both team and personal development, using both one-to-one and group coaching and facilitation.

 

 

 

Sally Cooke is a founding director of D’Arcy, and brings a strong background of education and practical psychology to the team.  A graduate of Liverpool University, with a BA in Modern Languages, Sally has many years’ experience in analysing and developing communication and interaction skills, specialising in children with special needs, their families and educational settings.  She is an experienced trainer, successfully developing and delivering a range of courses for adults.

Sally is a qualified counsellor, having a post-graduate diploma in Contemporary Therapeutic Counselling. She is particularly skilled in one-to-one work, whilst bringing a discreet authority to group and team development. As a qualified Play & Creative Arts Therapist Sally offers a wide range of creative interventions, to both coaching and team programmes; this dimension is highly valued by D’Arcy’s clients. She has been involved in all D’Arcy’s recent client work.

 

Tim Poole initially trained and worked as a professional actor and has an impressive track record in film, TV and theatre over the last two decades.  Credits include, The Bill, Holby City, The Alchemist and Peer Gynt. After university he formed and ran his own theatre company and toured extensively in the UK. Tim is a natural communicator and facilitator, having excellent leadership and organisational skills with both individuals and groups. He is a qualified Person Centred Counsellor.

Tim has been instrumental in helping D’Arcy to harness the power of drama in personal and team development. Used in both role play and facilitation, drama is a potent force in enabling individuals and teams to develop self awareness and an insightful understanding of both relationships and transactional analysis. Tim is a skilled operator in this medium and has worked widely in the National Health Service and with many D’Arcy clients.

Claire Levey is an accredited executive coach, mentor and business advisor working with senior managers across a wide range of sectors. She has designed and delivered a developing coaching skills programme that won a National Training Award for one of the Sunday Times top 100 companies. The impact of this programme significantly improved the client’s bottom line as well as individual performance.

Claire has won two National Awards for helping companies improve their performance She is a highly motivated and resourceful strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and project management experience. Claire’s experience in retail sales, training and development and management consultancy is reinforced by a Master in Business Administration qualification.  She is an experienced Investors in People Specialist who has worked with over 200 clients ranging from government agencies (local & national), small, medium sized enterprises, professional services and charities.
